THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY! ESC saved my week. I am a food director for a school district with 3 different buildings, lost power to everything, 3 commercial coolers and 4 commercial freezers. ESC brought out 2000lbs of dry ice to me same day, showed up exactly to the minute they said they were going to with no payment up front, never met me. The wonderful gentleman did all the physical labor on one of the hottest days of the year because I had no one to help with a wonderful smile. Treated me like we have known eachother for years! Day 5 of the power outage and my freezers were starting to thaw. They were so nice and had dry ice waiting for me. It is a small shop but wonderful people who care about the community. They were also one of the suppliers of dry ice for the the city of Dearborn distribution for the power outage. Won’t be buying dry ice anywhere else again.
